Pretty much planning on staying here anytime I need to fly out of the airport since it's saving me money on parking and getting me Marriott points. Thankfully, it was still there and I left satisfied at saving money on parking. Not 10 minutes later did the wonderful Courtyard van arrive to whisk me back to my awaiting car. I was slightly worried that my car wouldn't be there when I got back since I wasn't asked about parking upon check-in (and the fact that I left it there longer than I should have), but upon landing back in, I gave the wonderful Courtyard a ring and was told my private driver would arrive curbside within 15 minutes. Nevertheless, had a good night's sleep, a wonderful shower, and then a delightful ride to the airport before my flight. Additionally good to note, the shuttle will drive you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel, shall you wish to relax a bit. Upon check-in I was delighted to be informed the shuttle was operational again, saving me the cost of an Uber to and from the airport. Thankfully the Courtyard offered a night with 7 days of parking for <$90. Thankfully the Courtyard offered a night with 7 days of parking for $100 for parking for that time. I was headed out of town for 8 days, the airport wanted >$100 for parking for that time. How? Well, they offer Park, Stay, and Fly rates. Then a few weeks ago I had a morning flight out of OKC and realized I could save money on parking and get a free night here. The takeaway from that stay basically was that it was a dirt cheap first-gen Courtyard. At the time the shuttle wasn't running but I had taken an Uber from the airport anyways. The first time I stayed here for under $60 using a regular AAA rate, just needed a place to crash near the airport before handling some business in the city the next morning on my way out into the boonies. But, other than that? This is one of my favorite properties in the Marriott system. Addressing the negatives first, it's a first-gen Courtyard that really needs some renovation and sometimes it smells like Oklahoma's best-grown crop through the hallways. I've stayed here twice in the last 3 months and plan to stay here again.
